Order & Return
- We know you’re going to love our products. In fact, we’re so sure, we offer a 100% money back guarantee!
- Refunds will be given on purchases returned unopened or unused within 10 days of purchase.
- We will happily exchange unopened packs of nappies for an alternate size within 3 months of purchase
- Full refunds or replacements given on damaged or faulty goods returned within 14 days of purchase. Goods must be returned before a replacement is dispatched. Please call 1300 767 065 to notify us of the returning goods and to obtain our reply paid number.
- All freight costs for returns and deliveries of refunds and exchanges (excluding damaged or faulty goods) will be at the customer’s expense.
- All goods remain the property of ECOdirect until paid for in full.
- All goods must be paid for in full before dispatch
- All prices are given in Australian Dollars inc GST
- We do not have any liability to you arising from the supply of our products. All warranties and representations are fully excluded to the extent allowed by law.
These terms and conditions shall be construed according to, and governed by the laws of NSW and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW in respect of these terms and conditions.
Shipping & Delivery
- An email confirmation will be sent for all online orders.
- Whether received by phone, email, fax or online your order will be dispatched within 24 hours of receiving full payment. We deliver Australia wide. Delivery will take approximately 2-10 days depending on the delivery address given. Should there be any delay, we will contact you - please ensure that an appropriate telephone number is specified with your order. For urgent deliveries, please contact us and we can arrange a courier for you.

Reward Program Terms & Conditions
- Reward points are available to ECOdirect customers only and are non transferable
- Reward points cannot be exchanged for cash under any circumstances
- Reward points will not be refunded for cancelled orders
- Reward points can be earned by purchasing any product shown on the ECOdirect website
- Maximum of $50 worth of reward voucher may be redeemed per order
- Points will not be awarded for freight charges or GST on purchases
- Points will be awarded on discounted products
- Customers must supply their full address, telephone number and email address in order to qualify for the Rewards Program
- Reward vouchers will be emailed to the email address supplied by the customer. Vouchers will not be issued via any other method
- Reward vouchers will be issued at the end of each month – this timing will not vary under any circumstances
- Reward vouchers will be valid for one year from date issued. Unclaimed reward vouchers redeemed by ECOdirect after the expiry date will not be honoured under any circumstances
- Stockists of the WOTNOT Baby range and the Moltex Eco Nappies are excluded from the Rewards Program
- ECOdirect reserve the right to amend the above Conditions of Use without prior notice or liability
